Ordering & Payments
We sell exclusively from our online store and do not have a physical retail store.
We acknowledge the challenge in making a selection. However, our 30-day return policy allows for a refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs) if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
An account is not required for ordering products.
If you're browsing our site in the EU then you'll see the prices including VAT. Within Europe we are obliged to charge 20%/21% tax on products and shipping, 19% tax is charged for orders shipping to Germany. This will be shown when you go through your order during checkout and will be broken down accordingly.
If your delivery address is Australia, 10% GST is included in the total price and you will not be required to pay import fees on delivery. If you're in the EU and using a VPN set to a location outside the EU then you may not see the price including VAT. This will be corrected at the checkout.
If you're browsing our site outside the EU then you'll see the prices without VAT.

Shipping and Returns
Good news! Evan Red has free shipping in The Netherlands & Belgium. For other region's please visit our Shipping & Return page.
Return costs are customer responsibilities and may differ by country. It is recommended to review the website of a service provider for more information.
- For Netherlands and Belgium, your order will be shipped by PostNL.
- For the rest of Europe (excl. Norway and Switzerland) your order will be shipped by PostNL.
- For the rest of the world your order will be shipped by either DPD/UPS or PostNL.
We have custom made luxury dust bags and cardboard boxes protecting the bags as much as we can.
As soon as you place an order, it’s instantly processed and sent to our shipping team. Your address details are automatically forwarded to the courier while your products are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
- Netherlands: Delivery within 1 business day.
- Europe, US, and Canada: Delivery within 3 business days.
- Other regions: Delivery within 6 days.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code to follow your order's journey.
You can monitor your package using the tracking code provided in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed.
If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the package, at your own expense. The items must be in their original condition with labels still attached.
Items cannot be exchanged; if you desire a different color or product, please return the purchased item. We will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days of receiving the return. Meanwhile, you can reorder the desired item from our webshop.
To return an item, complete the return form, print it, and include it in the box your goods arrived in. For assistance, feel free to contact info@evanred.com. Remember to always include your order number with your return.
We will inspect all items upon receipt. They must be undamaged with labels still attached. Damaged items or those in an unacceptable condition will be referred to our customer service. With agreement, a charged delivery can be arranged.
You will receive a refund for the returned items within 5 days of receipt, credited to the account used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for incorrectly returned items. Always obtain a track and trace code when returning items; without it, we cannot assist if the shipping company loses the package.
Product & Maintenance
Evan Red incorporates premium leather throughout our product line. Being a natural material, it will naturally soften and develop a patina over time. The unique sheen that emerges from exposure to sunlight, oils, and water ensures that each of our products is distinctive.
The premium vegetable tanned leather we use does mark quite easily. If you discover a light surface mark on your leather product, this can be easily buffed away with a dry finger or soft cloth. Alternatively, it can be left alone to add character to the ever-changing gloss of the leather that makes each and every one of our Evan Red products so unique.
When the leather gets wet it ages and hardens a little. First of all let the bag dry out naturally and not too close to direct heat. To get it soft again, you can use leather wax or oil you can find at your local leather smith or shoe shop. Every wax, balm or oil has a different effect so please apply on a small corner first.
Our bags hold up really well in the rain but they are not waterproof. If you really want to waterproof we recommend that you speak to a company in your local area to get their advice on the most suitable product for your needs.
If the appearance of the leather on your product is not exactly what you were expecting, please read on.
We try our best to represent the leather as best we can with our photos, however, our premium leather is a natural material and as such always has variation in colour, shade and grain in every single skin, making each of our products unique.
We are unable to individually select products for specific orders based on the appearance of the leather in our photos.
We strive to create products that you can enjoy for an extended period. We love when you use your product daily and it becomes an indispensable part of your life. However, we also urge you to cherish and maintain your Evan Red items. Products that are used frequently may show signs of wear and occasionally require minor repairs or cleaning.
Should anything break within the first six months, we ask that you reach out to us at info@evanred.com, so we can determine the situation and work towards a resolution.
Design
At Evan Red, our bags are designed to securely fit and protect your devices. The dedicated, padded compartment is ideal for a 13-inch laptop or MacBook, as well as iPads and iPhones, keeping them safe and stable.
- A slim 14-inch laptop can also fit comfortably in the padded compartment.
- For larger laptops, such as 15.6-inch models, they will fit in the front pocket, though this section does not include padding for added protection.

Although Evan Red products are made with premium quality leather, our bags have been designed pretty light for leather bags and weigh no more than around 1.7kg.
